Thanks to a recent NSW Government reform, it is estimated that up to 4.2 million motorists are eligible for a partial refund on their compulsory third-party insurance but you only have until 30 September 2018 to make your claim.
If you were the registered owner of a private vehicle as at midnight 30 November 2017, you may be able to claim a CTP Green Slip refund for insurance policies bought or renewed before 1 December 2017. You will need to register an account with Service NSW to make your claim. Please be aware that due to the current demand Service NSW is only allowing people to claim their refund between 7pm and 7am.
